dmidecode es un programa para ver desde línea de comandos información del sistema, como la bios, placa base, memoria etc.
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es en caso de que no lo tengamos instalado, instalarlo:

#apt-get install dmidecode

Una vez instalado ejecutamos el programa de esta forma:

# dmidecode --type

Para sacar información de la bios ejecutaremos demidecoe --type bios y así con el resto de opciones:
